Flexi heel pads lift the rear part of the foot, which relieves the heel and changes the position of sensitive areas of the foot (heel, medial and lateral ankle) in relation to the upper. They can be used in case of problems with the Achilles tendon. They reduce the discomfort caused by footwear not fitting the foot, e.g. when the upper edge chafes the ankles or the upper grazes the heel.
